Filmmaker Show-and-Tell: Many Films Will Be Represented At NHFF

What makes a film festival different from just going to the movies? Well, lots of things. But one thing that stands out to us is that films shown at a film festival aren’t just a screening—they’re more like show and tell. Filmmakers, producers, writers, actors and family members are often in attendance, and the audience frequently gets the unique opportunity to meet and talk with people who were directly involved with the making of the movie.  That doesn’t happen very often at your local megaplex!

We have a record number of films that will be represented by at least one member of the film crew—from directors to actors to devoted family members. Films that will be represented at the festival include:

3 Days of Normal

Born Yesterday

Bottled Life

The Cardboard Bernini

Coming of Age

Exit 7A

Children of Kabul

Dead in France

Flowers for Amber Gordon

Girls Against Boys

Grey Matter

Hub Freerunning

The Last Day of August

Like the Water

Love and Other Anxieties

Magic Life

Male Femdom

Manly Mistake

Missed Connections

Peach Juice

Mt. Washington Valley

Ready to Fly

Remember Your Death

Ru (Water is Life)

Salmon Theory

The Save

Slipping: Skate’s Impact on Egypt

We’re hearing back from filmmakers and their representatives every day, so stay tuned for more. See you at the festival!
