The Clock is Ticking: Official Submission Deadline is Approaching for NHFF

By, Katie Hery

Portsmouth, NH | Time is running out. The New Hampshire Film Festival is coming up on it’s second round of deadlines on June 15th. Submission fees in every category go up $10 after the official deadline.  Films and screenplays must be submitted through Withoutabox and must have been completed after January 1, 2012 for consideration in the 2014 festival.

Submissions have been rapidly pouring in for the October 16-19, 2014 event. The NHFF programming team has been reviewing the talented works since late January when submissions opened.

Filmmakers looking to submit should visit the NHFF Withoutabox page which contains information regarding fees for submissions. Independent filmmaking has many unique challenges and obstacles, we take this into consideration when determining the fees for NHFF, and were named One of the Top 50 Film Festivals Worth the Entry Fee by MovieMaker Magazine.

Late Entry Deadline is July 15, 2014 and comes with an increase in submission fees. Submit before the official deadline on June 15th 2014 in order to deter these additional costs.

Estimated notification for submission decisions is late September.
