Volunteer Positions Open for the 2015 NHFF!
NHFF is looking for volunteers!
We are so excited about the growth and reach of the New Hampshire Film Festival. We love bringing what we love to Portsmouth and sharing it with our community. As NHFF keeps growing and reaching new film-lovers and aspiring artists, our team must grow with it! If you’d like to be a part of the 2015 NHFF – here’s your chance!
We have several volunteer positions available this year in a variety of areas. If you have experience managing groups or working as an events coordinator, we’d love to hear from you. It doesn’t need to be film festival experience – though we’d love to hear from you if you have some of that too! Have you volunteered at or managed events before? If so, keep reading!
Here are the positions we’re looking to fill:
Festival Producer
As Festival Producer you’ll be working with all venues and vendors and cultivating an amazing team to oversee the execution of the entire event.
Volunteer Coordinator
The Volunteer Coordinator will build a team of pre-festival and during-festival volunteers to execute a number of tasks: errands, set-up, tear-down, crowd control, line management, venue management, pass/ticket deliveries and sales.
Logistics Manager
The Logistics Manager deals with the minutia of every venue and set-up: making sure banners and signage are in place, venue design, set-up and management, equipment drop-offs and pick-ups, party security, event tear-down and storage.
Venue Managers
Venue Managers will collaborate with venue reps and execute festival systems for pass/ticket sales, lines, venue entry, venue clearing, guest inquiries and general customer service.
