The 18th New Hampshire Film Festival Unveils Its New Cover Art

A Reflection of Portsmouth’s History and Creativity

The New Hampshire Film Festival, now in its 18th year, has officially unveiled its 2018 cover art that showcases Portsmouth’s rich history, beauty, and creativity. The festival will take place this fall in Portsmouth, NH, October 11-14, 2018.

“Portsmouth is a city that reveres its history and is home to a colorful arts and cultural community that welcomes and fosters creativity,” said Nicole Gregg, Executive Director of the non-profit New Hampshire Film Festival. “It’s the ideal location for the New Hampshire Film Festival.”

To create the New Hampshire Film Festival’s new cover art, Vital, a Portsmouth-based digital marketing firm, reimagined photos of Portsmouth landmarks and waterfront buildings. The addition of soaring seagulls is a nod to the city’s seacoast location.

The New Hampshire Film Festival, proclaimed by MovieMaker Magazine as one of the top “50 Film Festivals Worth the Entry Fee” and attended by thousands of people from all over the country, is a year-round production that includes programming world-class films, industry panels, a screenplay competition, and workshops for young local filmmakers.

Festival attendees may purchase passes for a day starting as low as $25 or for the entire four days. During the festival, they can choose from a carefully curated selection of films and take advantage of exceptional dining and shopping options within walking distance of the festival’s venues.
