Early Deadline for Film and Screenplay Submissions: June 5

Portsmouth NH| The New Hampshire Film Festival is approaching the first of three deadlines on June 5. The festival has been receiving submissions steadily since early January for the October 17-20, 2013 event.

After the June 5 deadline, submission fees in every category go up $10.

NHFF offers a high quality submission experience, and the opportunity to be included in a world-class program for a fraction of the submission fees associated with larger festivals. “Being one of Moviemaker Magazine’s top 50 festival’s worth the entry fee for 2013 has already given our submission numbers a significant boost. We’re excited that Moviemaker has recognized us for this, and look forward to seeing how far-reaching the effects will be.” says Programming Director, Nicole Galovski.

All films must be submitted through Withoutabox and must have been completed after January 1, 2011 for consideration in the 2013 festival.

After the early deadline passes on June 5, filmmakers have two more months to submit until the late deadline on August 5,   while screenplay writers will only have until the late deadline of July 15. Filmmakers and scribes will be notified by the end of September regarding submission status.
