Wildlike Takes the Screen at NHFF

Combine a gripping storyline, a beautiful backdrop, and world class acting and directing. What do you get? You get Wildlike.

Directed and written by Frank Hall Green, Wildlike is the story of fourteen-year-old Mackenzie. When she is sent to live with her uncle in Juneau when her mother can’t care for her anymore, the living situation quickly takes a turn for the worse. The solution? Run away to rejoin her mother in Seattle. While on her dangerous journey of sleeping in cars and breaking into hotel rooms, she’s drawn to Rene, a lonesome backpacker looking for tranquility in the wilderness.

Check out the trailer below.

Did we mention Wildlike has a 100 rating on Rotten Tomatoes? If that doesn’t convince you to see it, nothing will.

Don’t be bummed if you missed the first screening—it’s showing on Saturday at 4:10 p.m. as well!
