Only Three Days Remain Until NHFF Film Submission Early Bird Deadline on June 5

Portsmouth, NH | The New Hampshire Film Festival opened its call for entries on January 19 for the October 11-14, 2012 event, and after 4 months of submissions rolling in, the festival approaches its first of three deadlines on June 5. After the June 5 deadline submission fees in every category go up $10.

This is the first year Online Submissions have been accepted, and submissions have almost doubled since this point in 2011. Executive Director Nicole Gregg comments: “I’ve been so surprised at not only the quantity of films we’ve been receiving, but the quality, the amount of talent in these films is just incredible.  The programming department and I really have our work cut out for us this year.”

All films must be submitted through Withoutabox, and must have been completed after January 1, 2010 for consideration in the 2012 festival.

The official deadline is July 5, and the late deadline is August 5.  Filmmakers will be notified by the end of September regarding submission status.
