Weekend Streaming Titles Presented by NHFF

This weekend NHFF brings you a few titles as we continue to stay safe in our homes.  With time to reflect on the past twenty years of shorts, documentaries, and feature films we’re thankful to be able to share these titles with you yet again from the comfort of your home.

We hope you enjoy “The Neighbor’s Window,” “Marjorie Prime,” and “The Reagan Show”

“The Neighbors’ Window” directed by Marshall Curry is available for free on the short film’s website. This stellar short film went on after our 2019 festival to win the Academy Award for Best Live Action Short. “The Neighbors’ Window”  tells the story of Alli, a mother of young children who has grown frustrated with her daily routine and husband. But her life is shaken up when two free-spirited twenty-somethings move in across the street and she discovers that she can see into their apartment.

“Marjorie Prime” is available for free with an Amazon Prime subscription and is available for rent on both iTunes for $4.99 and Amazon for $2.99. “Marjorie Prime” concerns a service that creates holographic projections of late family members which allow an elderly woman to spend time with a younger version of her deceased husband. A touching tale of the power that memory holds over us, and asks key questions about the lengths we’d go through to see a lost loved one again. “Marjorie Prime” is a delicate and well-received science fiction film shown at our 2017 festival.

“The Reagan Show” is available to stream for free with a Hulu subscription, as well as iTunes and Amazon for $3.99. This all-archival footage documentary is about the original performer-president’s role of a lifetime, as the leader of the United States of America. “The Reagan Show” presents the pageantry, absurdity, and charisma of a prolific actor’s defining moments. Taking an entertaining look at a turning point in the way American politics intersect with modern media.

We hope you are continuing to stay safe and healthy while getting through these troubling times by enjoying some phenomenal films.

Wishing you all the best,

The New Hampshire Film Festival Team
