2014 NHFF Grand Jury Award Nominated Film — When The Bell Rings — Makes Its Digital Debut

We’re proud to share that NHFF 2014 alumni film, When The Bell Rings, has made its digital debut!

When The Bell Rings is a gritty vérité documentary that takes us into the life of Dino “The Lethal Warrior” Wells, a 40 year old former boxer who makes a gutsy attempt to return to the fighting. As Wells undergoes intense training in order to shape up, he’s tormented by memories of his fatherless childhood and decides to reunite with his own estranged son.

The Sandusky Register recently reported that When the Bell Rings is now available to stream on demand through iTunes and Vimeo. The film is also projected to be released on Netflix as early as 2016.

Director and producer Brad Bores comments that “This is the type of film you can feel. A lot of documentaries are informational and that’s what pushes a lot of moviegoers away. This is real life. You get something authentic and genuine. It’s inspiring.”

Congratulations to Bores on this achievement — catch When the Bell Rings, now on iTunes and Vimeo!
